We’ll reach out personally to help you find the right fit, either from a current litter or an upcoming one that matches your preferences. Many families reserve early — so the sooner you apply, the more options you’ll have!

When you have Reserved a Puppy from a Specific Litter
Once a litter is born, we confirm how many puppies arrived and their genders.
Within 24–48 hours, we send out sweet newborn photos and begin reaching out to families in the order deposits were received.
Not quite the right match? No worries! You’re welcome to wait for a future litter. We’ll stay in touch/help guide you every step of the way.
And while you wait — enjoy our weekly photo updates to watch the puppies grow. It’s one of the most exciting parts of the journey!
Please let us know by the time the puppies are 4 weeks old if you are thinking of moving to another litter.

Puppy Choosing Day (6 Weeks Old)
Around 6 weeks, we’ll invite you to our home in Canton for a warm and welcoming puppy choosing day. You'll get to meet the puppies, ask questions, and pick the one that speaks to your heart.
Can’t come in person? We’ve got you covered with videos and insights to help you choose confidently from afar.

Going Home Day (8 Weeks Old)
At 8 weeks old, your puppy is ready to head home! We’ll schedule pickup during choosing day so everything’s easy and smooth.
You’ll go home with:
• A freshly bathed, snuggly pup
• Health & vaccination records
• GANA lineage certificate
30 day free pet insurance from Trupanion
• Collar
• Blanket with littermate scent
• Favorite toy + squeaky ball
• A few extra goodies to help with the transition
Need a few extra days? We offer 3 complimentary boarding days. After that, boarding is $35/day and full payment is due.

Final payments can be made:
• Venmo/Zelle – 1 week before pickup
• Personal check – 2 weeks before pickup
